A Million is Not Enough
I just read an article that says a million is not enough money in England. The article says that you need at least 5.8 million pounds to be part of the “comfortable rich.” Personally I think I would feel pretty comfortable with a mere 5.7 million pounds.
The report goes on to say that winning the lottery still would require careful planning to make it last. I commend the National Lottery for putting out such an article.
Here is the USA a million is worth even less due to years of inflation. With the following dollar in the United States, perhaps a million pounds could be considered enough. So maybe the plan should be to gather a million pounds in England and then move to the United States. While I don’t think it’s part of Plonkee Money’s plan, perhaps it’s something to think about.
