A person in England has gambled 50p to $1 million at the horse races. It was great 60th birthday for Fred Craggs who won it all by predicting the winner of 8 horse races. The first horse was called, “Isn’t that Lucky?” and the last was “A Dream Come True.”

I don’t know if gambling your way to million dollars is the smartest of all plans. I suppose you could go to the roulette wheel and hope to predict a few numbers in a row. I tend to think you won’t do very well, but your odds will still be better than playing the lottery.
